Starting from today, samsung started distribution of firmware files for galaxy gear device.the firmware is based on android jelly bean 4.2.2, but stripped down to very small size of about 207 mb.most of the regions is already released, and more to come in the upcomind days.. Samsung has started rolling the latest android 2.2.1.3 official firmware update for its galaxy gear s in a few countries namely czech republic, open austria, germany, hungary and some others.. It’s firmware update time, and this time it’s for samsung galaxy gear owners, with the update taking them to version v700xxucoa2 (phn) tizen 2.2.1.1. apparently there are no notable changes in this release, so it’s most likely aimed at performance and bugfixes. the update is only 3mb..
